Romney sells economic acumen - are voters buying?
Fri Apr 20, 2012
But only with a Congress that is willing to at least meet him half way on issue. Gridlock will continue to get us nowhere.
Justice Department, FBI to probe shooting death of Florida teen Trayvon Martin
Mon Mar 19, 2012
People keep uttering one piece of nonsense over and over again as if it was a fact. Being Latino/Hispanic is an ethnicity, not a race. It is quite possible to be White, or Black AND Latino. They are not mutually exclusive and I say this as someone who is both Black and Latino.
In legislatures and courtrooms, busy weeks ahead for voter ID
Fri Feb 24, 2012
The problem with many of the posts on here is that voting is not a privilege like driving, buying alcohol, etc. It is a right, and one of the most fundamental rights of our society.
GOP candidates wade into food stamp debate
Mon Jan 9, 2012

Appeals court strikes health insurance requirement
Fri Aug 12, 2011
One of the funniest things to me is that health care violates several free market assumptions, information, competition, etc., and yet there are so many conservatives arguing that it should just continue as is because otherwise it violates our freedom.
Mad as hell and they're not going to take it anymore
Fri Aug 5, 2011
Oh, the Republicans are focusing on jobs...It's just that they're focusing on how many (especially public servant) jobs they can destroy.
Obama: Any debt solution must be bipartisan
Fri Jul 29, 2011
PragmaticToAFault Why is it the right thing to do, to have the government decide arbitrarily that one group of people should bear the financial burden for people that won't or can't bear it for themselves? This country was NOT founded on stealing from one group and giving it to the others. However, …
